Steps to Work

LSDA NI provides strategic support to providers to enable them to develop a culture of innovation and excellence and to embed a culture of continuous improvement. Support includes:

  • Quality Manager network meetings and workshops on key quality issues
  • Post Inspection support, improvement plan support and dissemination of good practice
