Quality Improvement

LSDA NI delivers quality improvement and staff development programmes that support specific government initiatives. This is achieved through research, development, staff training, consultancy and by supplying services directly to any organisation with an interest in high quality education and training.

The overarching aim of the Quality Improvement programme is to build capacity within the education and training sector to embed continuous self improvement. Two key components of this work are Post Inspection support and increasing the effectiveness of Improvement Planning.
