The LSDA NI ‘Listening to’ toolkit is a series of benchmark tools designed specifically for the professional and technical skills sectors. It electronically captures data about staff satisfaction, learner satisfaction and employer satisfaction from which we produce performance reports. Information is then used to provide feedback to management, inform strategic improvement and give detailed analysis against local and national performance.
